Had the best stay at Canopy! Had very high expectations from recommendations, and they were still surpassed. Extremely comfortable beds/bedrooms, very homely feel, welcoming common areas, amazing staff and the food… the food was absolutely incredible. Thanks to Mike and his amazing team!
Fantastic lodge, great hosts, staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for Emily, Mike and their staff. We were so well looked after and we will be back next time at Cortina
Canopy is worth the trip just for the dinner! There is the possibility of a shuttle pick up from in town so all can enjoy the fantastic food and drink. If you’re looking for a creative super tasty dinning experience in Hakuba this is it - fabulous food

Feels really cozy and the owners make you feel at home the minute you walk in. Perfect place to accompany a long day of skiing and has the perfect ski lodge vibe. The owners are extremely hospitable and are very helpful. They will provide you with free transport in the morning and evening and a delicious free breakfast. The room was great and spacious. The food is incredible, quality food that was delicious. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to Hakuba

The team sneak out for a ski/board whenever they can so are tuned to mountain conditions so will provide advice on the best place to ski on any dayThey also will drop off and pick up at the other resorts or organise other activities such as snow Monkey tours or dining out - something you only do for the experience as Mike’s food is superb Jed’s cooked breakfasts were great too.Best to book direct as they will assist with advice on travel there and gear hire The accommodation was excellent with bedrooms upstairs and dining, bar etc so there was no noise to disturb sleep

Only a couple minutes walk to cortina slopes with amazing powder! And close to Onsens. We ate in every night as Mike the head chef makes amazing food accompanied by good Australian wine. Would highly recommend to all

The staff at Canopy are extremely helpful and friendly and always put their guests first. Not only do you get amazing accommodation at canopy, but you get the most positive and helpful support network in the valley.The staff at Canopy was quick to pick up the phone and arrange help for a guest that had fallen while skiing. The guest needed to be taken to the clinic and the canopy staff was ready to help with transport, logistics, and communication.During a stressful situation - in a potentially confusing foreign country - Canopy’s crew has got your back.
