Excellent service here! I came to ask if they sell eyecloud brand of glasses here, the shop assistants are very kind and helpful. They tried to help by searching up on their web and told me where is it using translation. I have not encountered this excellent service at the other spectacles shops that I went in to ask. What others did is just told me not selling here. Only the shop assistants at Masunaga 1905 went the extra mile! I am sure if any glasses purchased here will have the same excellent service as well! Very appreciated that they went the extra miles to help!

本日、WALDORF #35 DBL/GRYを購入して1ヶ月が経過しました。フィッティングもまともにしてなかったので、MASUNAGA1905 KITTE大阪店へ出向いてフィッティングを行って頂きました。ビフォーアフターで帰りの掛け心地は素晴らしかったです。店員の方も皆さん気さくで話しやすかったと感じました。また、メンテナンスで伺いたいと思います。今日は本当にありがとうございました♪
