The Decorte counter operates at a least effective way, they give numbers out to customers who are waiting to be severed individually with product consultancy, where you can sit down and the staff would recommend the corresponding products based on your needs, this is great. However, there is also a cashier counter, which could be used to serve any customers who already know what they want (just want to buy and go), but they chose NOT TO DO SO. They require all customers to queue with number tickets, regardless of the need of consultation service. It took me over 1.5 hours to queue for 2 small items that I want to stock up (as I am running out), it is extremely ridiculous how they operate - just waste time!
