We were apprehensive about shipping a majority of our shopping goods that we purchased while in Kyoto back home to save us some room in our luggage but the experience was excellent all the way around. THE store clerks were kind, patient and very helpful. They guided us every step of the way. We may do this again if we end up buying way too much stuff!
