Well appointed and comfortable. Toilet was a bit smelly. If you are six foot or more be prepared to hit your head regularly.
看上去挺美，用起来不爽！按照初次见的第一映像可以打5星。但是使用起来就有很多问题。1、室内所有的门都特别矮！大约只有1.75米左右。所以，我除了低头进出外还是会撞头。（我1.84）2、一楼的饭厅有空调，但是客厅没有，大冬天的确实冷。而且一做饭油烟机一开，暖气全没了。3、厕所在一楼的最外间，晚上进去一定是打哆嗦的。4、床铺的床垫比床框小一圈，所以也会撞到腿～生疼。5、这屋子的抽水马桶是我在日本见到唯一没有冲水功能的～一大败笔！6、有一间房间的床畔没有电源。手机只能掉在天花板上充电～哈哈哈这前五条足以让五星变一星！但我还是给他二星吧。前后两个小院还行。

Family of 3 from Australia stayed in Shiki Homes, Haru Kyoto for 5 nights in October 2025. We loved it. Thank you. It was great to experience a traditional Japanese Home. Booking process was easy and there was good communication from the owners when we booked and again when we were due to arrive. The location was excellent and very to close to trains, bus, restaurants and convenience stores. And, of course, the beautiful Imperial Palace. We appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen and dining area. It was a lovely, quiet area. We would definitely recommend it.
