The ownerYoshio-san, is very reliable! He responds to my messages really quickly.The houseIt is a Japanese-style house with 4 tatami bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own lock & key too. My 5 days, 4 nights stay felt really homey and comfortable!The locationThe neighborhood is really peaceful and convenient! Everything is walking distance— bus stop, convenience stores, coin laundry, and restaurants!The AmenitiesEverything you will basically need are provided. It is a fully-furnished house!10/10 will recommend!!!

Je vous conseil fortement de faire un détour pour venir dormir chez YoshioSan. Propre pas cher et surtout une personne trop gentille toujours avec le sourire. Merci pour cette belle expérience.

Great choice for budget homestay. Easy access to public transport and convenient shop in walking distance, last but not least friendly host yoshio always welcome with a nicely smile 😁
Booked via Airbnb. Great value. Yoshio (owner) and his family are kind and thoughtful and work very hard making certain their guests are comfortable and happy. They offer free bike rentals which is awesome bc you can bike all over Kyoto effortlessly bc it is a flat city. In a quiet residential area in northern end. Shop at grocery store and cook meals in the kitchen to save allot of money! Met really cool people also staying there. Would definitely recommend!
