Super service. Leverede cyklen til der hvor jeg boede, det viste sig at batteriet ikke var stort nok til mit behov (skulle cykle O Henro) og så kom han med et større. Og afleveringen var det samme og så hjalp han med at bestille busbillet. Desuden var det også en super solid cykel.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Yeti&Ltb and Osugi. I checked out a few shops for my 3 week rental to cycle Shikoku1000 and see temples, and from the start, Yeti/Osugi were a great fit.Osugi took me through all my bike choices, sending me links, asking me good questions about my experience and helping me select the right equipment. He answered my many many questions, without any apparent annoyance! He assured me and calmed me.He outfitted me with panniers, helmet, lock, repair kit and spare tube.Before my arrival, he gave me suggestions for places to stay in Naruto (with links), and even made an express bus reservation for me from Osaka/Kix, and helped with sending google maps to get me to my Inn with a late arrival.He met me at my Inn in the morning to deliver my bike, arriving early. He switched my pedals and made sure I had a good grasp of everything. He checked up on me first few days to make sure everything was good. Whenever I messaged him, he got back quickly!When I ran into an unfortunate route issue early on, he was more than willing to help out, including driving some distance if needed to assist. Thank goodness this was not needed.The bike was great, and the riding phenomenal. I had a small mechanical issue toward the end and he was great about assisting with this.Osugi met me 3 weeks after I arrived at my hotel back in Naruto, delivered my other luggage which he had stored, and again helped me with bus info back to Osaka.This is a first class operation with excellent equipment and world class customer service.I considered another shop, American owned, and so glad I went with Osugi!! Full service, excellence beyond compare, and very fair prices!!Thank you, Osugi!!

Acabo de terminar mi peregrinaje, no puedo dejar de recomendar este sitio. Todo es bueno, tanto el servicio como la bici. Osugi es muy simpático y la comunicación con el es rápida y sencilla.No duden en alquilar su bici aqui, ¡muchas gracias por todo!
Great bike for great price. I like the service. They dropped off and picked up from my location. Provided some tools. I used and greatly enjoyed. I needed tire replacement when they drop off so make sure to always look over when you rent.They responded and even when I messaged can I keep for longer they allowed.I will use them when I am in Shikoku.There is only 1 small thing they could do to improve. Include a bicycle bag for bus use.I would use again. 5 stars and I do not say that lightly
