Great service. We pulled up to the location on google maps and the owner took care of us, getting 2 scooters (plus helmets) for 2 hours with additional parking since we drove to the location. Scooters worked great and allowed us to make it all the way around the lake in 2 hours with a stop for lunch.
Всем рекомендую, мы арендовали электро-самокаты днём, когда электро-велосипеды везде были забронированы, нам очень повезло встретить Rimo Kawaguchiko, как нам показалось, на них было удобнее, чем на велосипедах. Арендодатель позитивный, оперативно поменял батарею поздним вечером, чтобы у нас была возможность покататься на рассвете, за что огромное спасибо!! Так же у нас были сидения, очень комфортно. Состояние самокатов отличное, возможно нам повезло, с ними проблем никаких не было, плюс там была беспроводная зарядка.Из недостатков только то что нельзя самому выключать самокат, чтобы батарею не садить, но владелец всё сделает чтобы можно было это потерпеть. Рекомендую!
He is very friendly and kind!! After we collect the scooter, he teaches us how to use it and helps to store our luggage. He always respond to our message quickly. I have recommended this to my friends. Highly recommend!!!!
Really fantastic. We were looking for the rental and the owner came out to greet us and offered us two scooters for rent. We just paid, got our helmets and we had a great time.After we were done, we just left the scooters at the station.
We had an amazing experience as we took the e scooter for 24 hours. It was easy to ride and was very safe even at night due to the lights on the scooter. Great service!

Super friendly service! The scooters are incredibly fun, very well taken care of, we got helmets for safety and a little tutorial from the very kind owner! Absolutely recommend renting a scooter to see Lake Kawaguchi and just have fun with your friends. Would definitely do it again!
Amazing experience! Getting around Lake Kawaguchi was a breeze on the e-scooter and able to reach some amazing spots! Well worth the money, and brilliant service! Absolutely recommend!

First, let me start by saying the guy that runs this business is amazing. Customer service is top notch and he is so responsive it’s like he’s right next to you. Speaks good English and will come to you if you have any issues. The rental itself was also very smooth, we booked three hours and ended up adding an extra hour and it was so worth it. We wanted e-bikes but ended up going with e-scooters and e-bikes—I liked the standing scooters the best. If you’re in the area, rent from him. He’s the best!! You too will get amazing photos.
