Run by Chinese and have a few subsidiaries go by other business names such as AQ Auto Co, ANT Co. Travel Co. They have a bunch of customer service (probably a few remote from china) that are pretty bots who are quick to enforce extra fees. Despite telling them IN ADVANCED our pick up time (2.5 hours behind the original time) they were rigid to enforce the original time and wanted to charge JPY3000 for change of time while still expecting the return by the original time otherwise they will charge JPY2000 PER HOUR! Beware there are land mines to charge all the extras. Unfortunately my booking was through Trip.com therefore the details and charges by the Service Provider were not fully disclosed. We opted Subaru AWD due to snowy conditions but was given a 2WD 170,000 km milellage which is quite concerning to drive for 2 weeks especially in some of the remote area. Also the fuel was not fully filled cheap way to cut corners 😔. Do better guys!
非常有效率的租車！ 前一天臨時租車當天半夜發送聯絡方式（可用line/wechat/whatsapp) 當天一降落立刻收到指引訊息，有專人接送從機場10分鐘距離的site車子很新很大雪胎非常安全，價格實惠，重點是工作人員都很好隨時可以用通訊軟體訊息聯絡, 下次去其他日本城市還想再找AQ rental
在平台上找到這間租車公司，是一間小型的租車公司，沒有繁瑣的流程、租車價格也比較便宜，行程開始前客服人員會預先告知注意事項，都是中文服務溝通沒有障礙，也有派人到機場接送，整體來說取車還車流程都很順利！車子沒有特別異常或故障，可以挑毛病的是隨車附上的手機慈磁吸支架壞了，但沒有太大的困擾。對於租車六天的短期租車我覺得很棒。
AQ Car Rental Nagoya has a fantastic 24 hrs customer support team of at least 15 agents online at any time via various messaging apps WhatsApp/WeChat/Line etc!I rented a Toyota Voxy for 17 days from Dec 15 2025 (Chubu Airport) and returned it on Jan 1 2026 (Tokyo Uneo Station) - and yes, they work during holiday dates to receive back their car - when usually other car rental companies are closed!Their car rental prices are cheaper than the official Toyota Car Rental company by at least 15% and their car fleet more readily available!Highly recommending AQ Car Rental Japan to all!
We, 12 people, booked 3 cars (2 vans and a medium size car) at Chubu airport.First of all, the booking is smooth, with great varieties to choose from.After the booking, the shop add us on WhatsApp for a better communication. Instruction is clear with no hassle.Pick up from the terminal with great hospitality on time, and 8 minutes to their shop.The 2 vans we booked was upgraded to 2 Alphards (good job man).Cars run great.They notify us of the gas and shop location one day before we return the car.Finally, ETC charges clearly listed for our reference and settlement.And last but not least, the PRICE is a real bargain deal.Will definitely choose them the next time we visit Japan.Cheers
租車說明簡潔清晰，汽車比預期的更好，在山區遇上爆呔，支援快速及安排拖車，行程只是稍延。全程駕乘都十分舒適。
Excellent customer service, they provided me with clear instructions during online booking and also gave clear instructions on how and where to return the car on the final day.The rental car was clean, new and powerful.I felt very assured and safe renting car from AQ Relax (Nagoya)
