清潔感があり、快適に過ごせる部屋が魅力です。
駐車場は徒歩約5〜7分とアクセスが良好です。
Location was excellent. Probably 1min from Kyoto station by walking. We were pleased to stay there. We would definitely go to there if we go to Kyoto next time. Stair looks little dangerous.
Good accommodation in Kyoto for us, and the owner is the best person. She help us for everything. We just got losing bag in the Fushimi Inari, and she help us to call the police and local helps until we got the bag again.The room is big, clean, homey, comfyI would be stay in here again if i visit kyoto in the futureArigatou Gozaimasu
We stayed there a couple of nights and we had a great stay. First of all the owner is really open and helpful (he answered to the questions within a couple of hours). We arrived at 10 am and could leave the luggage while cleaning was taking place. The flat is very clean and everything is almost new. Moreover the flat is provided with everything you might need, from electric stove to microwave, from kitchenware to bathfoam, from washing machine to cleaning powder, from kettle to instant coffee. Futons and blankets are really confortable and clean.
部屋はとても清潔。近くに飲食店が少ない。
乳児を連れての旅行だったので、ミニキッチンや電子レンジが備え付けされていてとても助かりました。小さなウォークインクローゼットもあって便利でした。お部屋も綺麗です。駐車場と駅まで少し距離がありますがあまり気にならないです。値段も安いのでまた京都に行くことがあれば泊まりたいです。
安い宿です。1階2階3階に部屋がある。階段は結構急です。
Kevin II.We stayed at Yukie & Kevin's place at the end of October.An excellent place to stay in Kyoto.A completely fair price of accommodations, I was actually a little concerned by the price being so reasonable, that the apartment was made to look better than it was in pictures. Well, I couldn't be more wrong, this place is excellent, oh, I said that already, but it is.Very convenient location, within easy walking distance from Kyoto Station, Kyoto, stores, river and restaurants. Quiet and completely safe.Ask something of the hosts, ding-ding-ding, you'll get an answer or, in our case, bicycles, in like an hour.The apartment itself is completely renovated, and with fixtures I wish I had in my house. Bamboo flooring, where you roll out your futon. Well appointed kitchen, with enough cookware and dinnerware for at least three people. A well sized walk-in closet with lots of hanging and shelf space. Clean, clean, clean.I would recommend anyone visiting Kyoto to stay here and if we ever get back to Japan and need a place to stay in Kyoto, Kevin's Place will be the only option.Yukie & Kevin, thank you so much for the stayLarry, Tina & Kristen.
Maison très agréable. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment. Je regrette les tatamis très fins et les futons vraiment trop fins également. Je suis habitué a dormir par terre au Japon mais là c'est rude !A part ça c'est très bien pour une petite famille. Juste a coté d'un parc pour enfants et non loin de la gare. Nombreux commerce près de la gare. L'endroit est très propre et au calme. Les hôtes très accessibles.Je recommande.
After a long flight from the States , and finally finding the place with the help of my Japanese speaking Son giving direction to the taxi driver late into the evening - white building , I finally arrive at Kevin and Yukie's place !! Having had difficulty in opening the main front door (too tired,hot & jet lagged), Kevin and Yukie walked over and graciously helped me bring up my gear and gave me basic instructions on how things work . Kevin's Place is clean , bright and modern ! Looks very new . Having a cool AC was a relief after being in 98 degrees when I got to Kansai Airport . Read their instructions ; quite helpful ! Explore the neighborhood! Asked to use the bicycle . There is a Lawson equivalent to 7-11 nearby that I was able to buy essentials at 12 am in the morning. Local eatery I have yet to explore and enjoy ! Looking forward to staying at this residence for 9 more days !
