階段は急で狭いですが、静かな路地に位置し落ち着いた雰囲気です。
近くにはおいしいレストランやスーパーマーケットがあり、便利な立地です。
Look to further, you found it!This is the best apartment in Kyoto.- quite- you could walk everywhere- close to the train- after a long day is a bath the best option- nice restaurants close by- very clean- quite at night- you feel almost like a local :)Thanks for the great time, if we come back, we would book this one again 100%
Great place to stay in Kyoto! Peaceful inside and conveniently located for local bus and train routes. Will be staying again the next time I visit Kyoto!
We stayed here for one night after visiting from the UK, check in was super easy and the home is absolutely stunning! It was my partners birthday and the owners went out of their way to make it extra special for us. Absolutely wonderful experience. Couldn't recommend more! A must stay in a wonderful neighbourhood and a gorgeous home! Thank you!
Accommodation is beautifully done in a traditional Japanese style.It's amazing what the architect managed to squeeze in with so much decorative style in such a small amount of space.This is a great place to stay for a short stay and would highly recommend it if you are looking for this style of accommodation.Plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets in easy walking distance plus trains and buses.We are middle aged and fairly fit and mobile, however the stairs to the upstairs bedroom and bath are very steep with a narrow step. Be careful, also toilet is downstairs.It's in a very quiet laneway,There's an interesting long undercover section down the road where the big Seiko supermarket is with little shops lining both sides. There's also the best coffee shop in there that serve proper Italian style coffee, not that brewed stuff you sometimes get called Kamee Coffee.Watch out for the many cyclists 🚴 in the covered area. 😜.Best to leave bags etc on the lower level, also no wardrobe so limited hanging space.No real comfortable place to sit to have a meal or watch the TV.A mini fridge, no freezer and a very small kitchen, understandable given the size but not very practical for a long stay.We had an idea it would be like this so have no real regrets. Just being transparent with our feedback for other potential guests.
Great place. It doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of the city but it’s still a short walk from the station.Loved the design, it’s the perfect combination of traditional with a modern spin. Tub is AMAZING after a long day of walking
I have many things I like about this place we are currently staying at. It’s on a street that is very quiet so you will for sure get some good sleep! It’s also a 3 minute walk from a bus station which will get you anywhere you want! The service here is wonderful the response team is very quick and reliable with any questions. I love how they provide a washing and dryer machine for your dirty clothes which also comes with 3 choices of laundry detergent. What makes this stay wonderful is the fact they have heated tatami mats on the 1st floor, a wonderful bath tub, and nice comfortable bed. Also an added bonus is the TV that they have which comes with netflix and disney plus!
Such a beautiful and delicate wooden house! This is so far the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed. Everything is beautifully lit by warm lights and at the right place. I would fully recommend this accommodation to anyone who’s planning to stay in Kyoto.
Such a beautiful home to stay in. There’s a small garden by the entrance, a kitchen, a modern bathroom, heated flooring, fast wifi. It’s close to the station so you can get anywhere.Thank you for offering us this place to stay 🙏
Stayed at their accommodations in Kyoto’s Nijo neighborhood. It was just renovated so all the fixtures and amenities were nice, new, and great quality. The interior has a lot of Japanese design and natural aesthetic which made it a really peaceful place to relax in after spending a day sightseeing. It was also close to a station so you can easily access other parts of the city. There a lot of nice restaurants near by as well and it’s close to Nijo castle which is an added bonus.I would highly recommend others to come stay at their accommodations and I will be keep it on my list to come back to when I visit Kyoto again!

周辺のオススメ
This was a nice place, but definitely not a hotel. It was in a nice, quiet location, and near shops and restaurants. However, I will say one thing to consider before booking: service is nonexistent as it is an Airbnb, so don’t expect hotel service. Another thing is the stairs. Do not book this place if you have a young child or adult because those stairs are deadly, and there is a chance somebody could take a tumble. We brought our daughter there, and since she is older it wasn’t a problem, but there were several times one of us almost fell. It got to the point where even going downstairs to the bathroom at night became an endeavor. The point is, those stairs were super steep and narrow. Other than that, I fully recommend this place; as it is charming, quiet, and only slightly dangerous.
