京都駅から徒歩圏内で便利な立地です。
２階建ての部屋構成が魅力的です。
公共区域の設備がとても清潔で素晴らしいです。
お部屋もすごく綺麗で良かったです！案内も分かりやすくまた利用したいと思いました。駅近でとても便利で最高でした。
very good place to stay, have 2 floor with 1 bathroom, 1 toilet room,common zone, 2 bed rooms. very good location near convenience store and Kyoto station
Great place to stay. Its near walking distance to Kyoto station and the rooms were really spacious (thanks to the upgrade!) The whole house are properly equipped with heater air conditioner during our winter visit and my wife loves the cleanliness of the washroom and rooms. The owners were also very easy to contact and communicate via email.

The accommodation was pleasant and spacious. The walk to the train station is easy from Kotori House. The hosts were very quick to answer all of our questions and provide advice.
