This is the best place I could have went to. I was not originally planning on going here, but I came across it while leaving another kimono rental and they have much better pricing. They’re very nice and personable. They will make you feel welcome. They also include styling and hair with no extra charge which is pretty rare.

shops were very nice. getting our kimonos was very speedy. Communication was great. We had a mishap with a previous shop who lost our reservation. They were a great help in getting our kimonos.

We originally had a reservation at another kimono rental shop, but it was unexpectedly closed, so we came here as a walk ins and I’m so glad we did.The shopkeeper was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming. Even with a bit of a language barrier, communication was easy through gestures and translation, and they took their time helping us choose the kimono and gave thoughtful recommendations.After everything, they generously offered us a discount, an additional discount for paying in cash, and even thanked us with tangerines and coffee. The warmth and hospitality truly stood out and made the experience feel special and memorable.Highly recommend the service went above and beyond, and we felt genuinely cared for.
I had the best experience renting a kimono with them. From the very beginning, they were extremely kind, attentive, and patient. They truly listened to me and made a great effort to communicate in the best way possible, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for.Since the morning was quite cold, they kindly offered me a warm coffee, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. They also showed me a wide variety of beautiful fabrics and designs, giving me plenty of time to choose the kimono I loved the most.What made the experience even more special is that they allowed me to return the kimono as late as 6:00 pm in the neighborhood, so I could walk around, visit the temples, and fully enjoy an amazing day without any rush.I truly had an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend them and would definitely choose them again. ✨👘
