I was accommodated here for three months by my company for a business trip.Compared to other shared houses I saw when visiting my colleagues, my room was quite spacious. Fridge, AC and Bed all did their respective job quite good. To my european ears the walls seemed quite thin but I think it's the standard for Japan. Sometimes you have to knock on your neighbours door to stop them from talking at night ;)Hygiene of the showers was okay. Not super clean but also not super nasty. I would advice you to bring some sort of carriage that can store your clothes and towel rather than using the basket for everyone. Also use bathing slippers.In comparison to many other accomodations the number of washing machines throughout the house is very good. You can basically find a free washing machine at any time.Toilets are rather clean most of the time. One thing that's a little bit nasty to me is the fact that in the toilets there are only blocks of soap (no liquid soap). I would advice you to get your own soap that you can bring to the toilets. Sometimes there are a few hairs on the block of soap (not really the fault of the house).The kitchen can get a little crowded, most of the tools are fairly used but not straight up nasty.The staff members were always very nice and tried their best with me even though I did not speak their language. Overall I felt welcome throughout my entire stay in Japan!
