I had an incredible experience renting a kimono in Kyoto today. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made everything feel easy and enjoyable. It felt much more personal than other rental shops, we were never rushed and they really took the time to make sure everything was perfect for us.They helped me pick a kimono that suited me and paid great attention to every detail, from the accessories to the overall styling. The kimonos themselves were high quality, with stunning patterns that made the whole experience feel truly special. The staff were also so patient and kind during the dressing process, making sure everything looked just right.Wearing a kimono while exploring Kyoto made the day unforgettable, and it has truly been one of the highlights of our trip in Japan. The location is also very convenient, not too far from places like Hokan-ji Temple and the surrounding areas that are popular for photos, so it was perfect for exploring straight after.I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto. It’s more than just a rental, it’s a genuinely special and personal cultural experience. We wish the owners all the very best, and definitely encourage others to visit. I highly recommend coming here for your next trip to Kyoto. The staff could not have done more for us. I highly recommend this place if you’re in Kyoto and want to experience Kimono. The couple is so sweet, highly attentive to details. They had great variety of Kimonos for us to choose from for our family including kids. The hair updo for me and my daughter was absolutely stunning. This experience was the highlight of our trip.
Friendly staff, cozy place, lots of choices of beautiful Kimonos, and moreover, good sense of hair set. All of my family had fun and experienced precious moment.

Thanks to Yufuko and her team, we had a truly beautiful and special experience. They were incredibly attentive, caring, and always smiling. The place was spotless and very hygienic. The kimonos were colorful and absolutely stunning. We’re so glad we went — I highly recommend it to everyone!
