Global Indian International School in Tokyo has three branches, and my daughter studies in SE campus. All their Campuses have modern facilities and very good sports facilities. The teachers are friendly and are like mentors for my daughter. She is happy and she is doing quite well in her studies and co-curricular activities.
GIIS provides very good education and offers different curriculums, and considering the facilities it offers, its school fees is quite moderate compared to other international schools in Tokyo. And since they have the IB Diploma Program, which my son plans to take up, he will continue here until then.
My daughter studies at GIIS and she is doing extremely well in the IGCSE curriculum. She has also acquired some new skills like art and singing after joining GIIS. I think GIIS is a good option if you want your child to take part equally in both academics and non-academics. They have a great campus with many facilities. They have many extra-curricular activities for children in all grades.
My daughter used to go to GIIS when we were in Tokyo. She passed out of their IBDP Program and is now pursuing higher studies in Singapore. GIIS is a good school as it offers flexibility in curriculum and they charge reasonable fees which is a boon considering all the facilities it offers.
GIIS was the perfect option for my child as the Higashi Kasai Campus is quite close to our home and the commute is quick. Having said that, GIIS's curriculum is well designed and I like the fact that their approach to education is not just through books but by learning concepts practically too. No complaints about this school so far.
During the lockdown, we were worried about how our daughter will pursue her primary school learning. Students in higher grades can look for lecture notes and study independently, but this would have been difficult to achieve for a young learner.GIIS quickly adapted to the virtual learning model and helped our daughter feel comfortable with it. She talked to her friends, participated in virtual activities, and studied rigorously.

GIIS is one of the best of the best options in Tokyo when it comes to affordability and choices for curriculum. My son studies in Kindergarten and he seems to like his school very much. So far so good. And the campus is quite impressive too along with their facilities and faculty.
