I had an amazing experience with Japan Kart! The staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Driving through the streets was such a unique and unforgettable way to see the city. The karts were well maintained, the costumes made it even more fun, and the guides ensured everyone stayed safe while still having a great time.The route was fantastic and gave us incredible views and memories we’ll never forget. I highly recommend Japan Kart to anyone visiting Japan and looking for something exciting and different to do. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip

Esperienza fantastica! Molto organizzati, puntuali, simpaticissimi. Per chi viene dall'Italia è necessaria la patente internazionale di guida convenzione di Ginevra, oltre alla patente classica e passaporto. Si inizia con la scelta dei costumi da indossare (per chi lo desidera), mettono anche a disposizione supporti per smartphone per filmare in sicurezza mentre si guida. Breve introduzione iniziale di 10/15 minuti per spiegare il tutto, compreso l'utilizzo del go kart. Partenza con un bel giro di un paio d'ore nelle strade di Tokyo, passaggi salienti a stazione di Shinjuku, Shibuya crossing, Tokyo Tower (con breve sosta per foto che vengono poi inviate dagli organizzatori). Molto divertente, super consigliato!
I honestly can’t recommend Japan Kart enough — this was hands down one of the highlights of my trip to Japan.I had originally booked a 90-minute go-kart experience in Shibuya, but due to some poor planning on my part (lesson learned 😅), I was staying in Yokohama — about an hour away with no direct train line. My partner and I ended up arriving about 20 minutes late and completely missed the safety briefing, so I thought we had no chance of making it.But the team at Japan Kart were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Instead of turning us away, they went out of their way to reschedule us for the next available session and made the whole process completely stress-free. That level of customer service really stood out.A special shoutout to Raffi, who made the entire experience even more enjoyable — friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we had an unforgettable time.As for the experience itself — absolutely unreal. There’s honestly no better way to explore the city, cover a lot of ground, and take in some of the most iconic sights. It’s fun, unique, and something you’ll remember long after your trip ends.If you’re travelling to Japan, do yourself a favour and book this. You won’t regret it.
Had an absolute blast doing Japan Karts.Going it at night was really cool with the entire city lit up.I did the Shibuya crossing-Tokyo Tower option.Guides were great, good orientation at the beginning to make sure the group had a fun time. Loved the costumes as well.Would highly recommend people put this right near the top of their must-do’s when visiting Tokyo
We had an awesome experience today. Service was excellent and staff friendly, and spoke english very well and were safety conscious. Since its zero degrees in Tokyo today we welcomed the provided ski jackets (trousers available too). We brought our own ski gloves but thin gloves are available. Booking was easy and location to Kanda Branch was easy-peasy.I was a cautious 'grandma' type driver but after a while I waszooming. (Well I thought so) and kept up with the group.Genuinely surprised with the lack of vehicles in Tokyo at rush hour (1645 tour Thursday), nothing like Australian rush(slow) hour traffic.Recommend this tour for sure 🤩

Amazing experience - highly recommended for those with an international driving license. We had almost three hours on the road behind the wheel seeing Tokyo by night. Brilliant staff. Listen to what they say and you’ll be very safe.This was the highlight of my trip to Tokyo this time for sure. It was so much fun.Thank you!
