We have used this facility a few times during our stay and it is immaculately clean and easy to use. On one of our visits the Lady was there maintaining the machines, cleaning the filters and fastidiously cleaning each machine to like new condition. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone one who's wanting a cost effective laundry service.
Small little laundromat, but 45 mins for a wash and dry is great. Has a coin machine there and some cool shops nearby to go hang out at whilst you wait.
Great laundromat close to our hotel. Coin exchange machine straight in front of you when you walk in. 45 minute wash and dry cycle, detergent automatically added. Select your cycle, add the coins and off you go. You can scan a QR code that takes you to a page showing time remaining. Open 24/7. One time met the owner / a worker there and she was very nice. Meticulously cleaned everything there. Nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby to kill time at while you wait nearby.
Overall quite nice, but small. If you're a tourist with luggage and/or part of a group, it feels crowded quickly and doesn't have much waiting room. 4 Medium machines, 1 large machine, and 2 dryers.

Brilliant coin laundry in Tokyo. Plenty of washers and dryers with no waiting around, and there’s even a coin exchange machine on site which is really handy. You don’t need to bring detergent because it’s all automatically added for you. The place is clean and tidy and you can even check machine availability and remaining time on their website which makes it super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone needing quick and easy laundry while in Shinbashi area!
45min wash and dry for 4kg laundry load. Wonderful experience! Machines are clean and well maintained. Machine has a function to pre-wash the drum before you add your clothes and money. Laundry detergent is automatically added by the machine. Coin machine available if you need. Has a website to monitor the cycle’s remaining time. Has lots of eateries nearby so you can go eat while you wait. Clothes come out clean and fresh!
