Live and learn. I bumped my head too many times in this house! It was clean ish. Very tiny. If you are 5’5 and under you may be ok with the low doorways and steep narrow stairs. Toilet area smells of other people’s pee, the shower space is also older and kind of dirty. It was not my favourite spot in Japan- if there’s more than 3 people I highly suggest going to a hotel instead.
