I stayed on the 4th floor and the experience was very disappointing. The most disgusting part was a strong urine smell coming from the bathroom drain that lasted from day one until my last day. I believe this is a permanent plumbing issue. Additionally, the shower drain was extremely slow, causing water to pool for far too long, and the pillows were tiny and very thin, barely functional.Check the attached screenshot for their response: When I reported the foul odor, the property offered zero help. Instead of sending someone to clean or fix the issue, they simply told me to go buy my own air freshener at a nearby convenience store. I even bought cleaning liquid to pour down the drain myself, but the smell remained.Do not stay here until they take hygiene and guest service seriously. Total lack of accountability.
