Good apartments to stay especially in the heart of the city. Most of the key places are walking distance from here. Train connectivity is superb too. Easy access to kanda station as it is right across the road..
Great place to live when in Tokyo. All information is provided in English which is very helpful for a newbie in Japan. The staff is very kind. All basic necessities are available nearby. Train Station, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, also a turkish halal food place and a mosque nearby. Recommended!
Very good looking place, extremely practical location but also a bit noisy due to this. Would stay again for a visit!
Recommended place for longer stay! I stayed for 3 months here, it’s located just in front of JR Lines station and 5 min walk to Ginza Line.The room is quite spacey compared to the other Japan apartment rooms, surrounded by a lotttt ofj restaurants, 3 different convenience stores, drugstore and near the supermarket.However this area is crowded with particularly izakaya visitors hence quite noisy at night, where you might find somebody shouting in the middle of the night.The attached picture by other reviews are honest and clean as it is! I stayed here for a month, enjoyed the stay here, two weeks once they use to clean the room. This place is surrounded with lot of eateries, restaurants, 7/11, bars and very close to kanda south exit
Budget service apartment and very near to Kanda Station JR line. Metro accessibility is super near this apartment. Several chain of stores are also nearby and walkable distance to akhiabara and Tokyo Station. The room size is quite okay and ambience in room is good.

I stayed at this serviced apartment in Kanda for one month. The location was extremely convenient, being very close to the station and surrounded by numerous shops and a gym. The interior decor was appealing, and although the space wasn't large, it contained everything necessary for a comfortable stay.However, there were several drawbacks. The area designated for rubbish disposal was cramped, and the bins were extremely dirty, appearing as though they hadn't been cleaned in decades. I also noticed rats nearby, which was concerning. Additionally, there was no post box available for parcels, which was inconvenient.The noise at night was another significant issue due to three karaoke bars nearby, and the proximity to the train station, about 100 metres away, meant that the noise was quite intrusive.Most frustrating was the delay in the return of the deposit, taking up to two months, which seemed unreasonable. Furthermore, the cleaning service was only provided once every fortnight, which did not meet my expectations for a serviced apartment.Overall, while the location and interior were satisfactory, the management of facilities and services left much to be desired.
