Easy to drop off and pick up. Super convenient, allowed us to enjoy last day in Japan without having to worry about dragging everything behind. The alley way nearby was also a perfect spot to load everything into uber on our way to the airport.

At first, we were surprised to find that the luggage depot was actually a fruit and vegetable shop. The ladies there handled the collection of our suitcases quickly, easily, and reassuringly. On January 1st, a public holiday, the shop even opened briefly for us to pick up our luggage. Our suitcases were ready, and we were able to continue our journey without delay. Excellent!
