和貴民泊 WAKI HOUSEの特徴
新宿の東新宿駅から徒歩圏内で、交通アクセスが非常に便利です。
部屋は清潔で、共用設備には洗濯機や冷蔵庫があります。
韓国料理店が近くにあり、夜遅くまで賑やかなローカルな雰囲気が楽しめます。
Stayed here with my sister for 6 days earlier this month.Best aspects:Location:- slightly long but fairly walkable to golden gai and kabukicho, shin-okubo and Okubo station, closest to Higashi-Shinjuku. Local night life itself is very happening late into the night which is nice, stark contrast to the quieter tendencies of Tokyo neighborhoods, so great for tourists.Comfort and utility:- you get what you pay for and maybe a little more considering how comfortable the beds were and the general cleanliness.Dissuading aspects:Staff (or lack therof): there is no physical staff present, they give you a WhatsApp number but thankfully we don’t end up needing to contact them directly so I don’t know how effective the live customer service is. The instructions for checking in n out are sent to you a day in advance on Agoda’s chat and for us they were a little obtuse at first but we got the hang of it and it was pretty smooth from then on, so no complaints thankfully. Not sure what a worst case scenario problem resolution would be like with the customer service but yeah.—Overall very good stay and very comfortable and cozy for winters. Amazing option for budget travelers.
房間雖然小但是乾淨缺點大概就是木板隔間聽得到隔壁講話聲音。
This was a great value and find! Small room for the husband and I. But it's just a place to sleep, recuperate between touring spots. Available laundry facilities and shared Shower/Toilet. A little kitchenette kinda space with microwave. Perfect spot to just recover and relax before going back out there. Like a 15~20 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku with easy access to train stations and subways. LOTS OF FOOD in the immediate area. Several Conbini's and a couple pharmacies, plus s smaller Don Quijote around the corner.
Near higashi shinjuku metro stn, clean
It's small and does the job as advertised. Bunk bed rooms - 2 floors, 5 rooms per floor, each floor has 1 shower 1 toilet 1 sink, 1 washer, kitchen and fridge. (so sharing all these with up to 10 people is doable but tough at times). All trash cans are located outside which means you have to leave building every time you want to throw something out.No elevator so if you have large lbags you have to carry it up a very narrow staircase for 2nd floor rooms.Bus was a 4 minute walk, all trains are a 10-14 minute walk so not the best location after walking all day. Great korean food about 7 minutes from location. It is all remote check in and check out, will hold bags before check in but not after check out.The toilet smelled worse than a public restroom, there's daily cleaning so maybe the pipes are old but it smelled so bad no matter when the cleaning was done.We were able to fit 2 large suitcases in the room, having a couch in the room was a plus, balcony had clothing racks for hang drying wash which was nice.Owner is very responsive and helpful.
可以從東新宿站過來，不要從新大久保，交通便利生活機能一應俱全，價格也合理，但空間略窄，扣掉床跟沙發放行李就差不多了。
Nice little AirBNB in Shinjuku. Not to expensive and very nice location (about 15min from the Golden Gai, memory lane and Kabukicho). Small but thats totaly normal for tokyo. The room is very clean (I don't know why people are saying otherwise but its well taking care of). AC and an insanely good shower (maybe my standards became trash after weeks in Laos lol). There is a fridge and a washer. You can dry them outside in the yard.Only cons : the owner didn't gave us the right code for the keyroom, but she answered very quickly (45minish) to give us the right one. Also, the pillows are terrible (like 2inches thin).I recommand !!I would give 4.6

Travelling alone, I stayed for six nights last December. Honestly, I’ve got very few complaints; what drew me to the hotel in the first place was the very reasonable price and the location. I think the building is split into two sections; I was in a single room.The location really does the trick. I think that in a city as big as Tokyo, it’s important to waste as little time as possible.Shinjuku is accessible by public transport, but you can also get there on foot in 20 minutes at most. There are good bus stops nearby, which is quite handy; the Yamanote Line is a 15-minute walk away, otherwise there’s the Fukutoshin Line right next door, which is really convenient too.As for the accommodation itself, there isn’t much to do in the room, but it’s sufficient if you’re just planning to sleep there; there is still a table in the room and a microwave and fridge in the communal area. The toilets and shower are also in the communal area, but it’s not a bothe, it’s easy to organise yourself as there aren’t that many other tourists. There’s also a washing machine, which came in very handy; you can then dry your laundry on the balcony.The only slightly tricky bit is that you’ll have to sort your rubbish; there are several bins in front of the building, and as a foreigner it’s rarely very clear where to put what.Otherwise, the flat is in the Korean quarter, which is quite fun; there are plenty of great places to eat if you fancy some good Korean food.
