This was my fourth time using this service to send a parcel, but unfortunately, this time one item was missing upon delivery. What disappointed me even more was that they didn't seem to realize the mistake or acknowledge it. It's frustrating when there's no communication or apology for such errors, especially after being a repeat customer. I hope they can improve their service and attention to detail in the future.

Saya kurang tahu sekarang kinerja mereka seperti apa. Tapi sepengalaman saya sudah 2x menggunakan layanan ini dan sllu barang saya sampai dirumah dgn keadaan yg masih begitu rapi. Mungkin tergantung barang dalam paket anda. Kalau paket isinya tidak aneh2 pasti akan mulus2 melewati bea cukai. Mungkin komunikasinya dgn costumer yg harus diperbaiki. Seperti dalam hal membalas pesan, dgn kalian membalas pesan costumer itu bisa membuat mereka sedikit tenang. Tapi tentunya harus disertai alasan2 yg mendukung. Komunikasinya diperbaiki!
