Tout est impeccable. Exception faite du lit 2 places qui trop étroit, a moins de dormir dans les bras l'un de l'autre. Staff très réactif et mention spéciale pour Cherry. Je recommande
Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience a cooler, more local side of Tokyo! Their team is exceptionally easy to communicate with, which was a huge plus for an international traveler. The Asakusa South area is wonderful—peaceful and authentic, yet incredibly convenient for exploring both the historic temples and the modern cafes nearby. The room felt fresh, modern, and perfectly organized with all the essentials.
Dash Living Asakusa South –Overall, we had a good experience staying at Dash Living Asakusa South. The property feels newer, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it is conveniently close to Lawson 100 24/7, local shops, restaurants, and beautiful temples. It was also very foreigner-friendly and the rental process was simple compared to many other places in Japan.The support team responded quickly whenever we had questions, which we appreciated during our stay. The apartment also included a great ofuro bath setup and washing machine, which made longer-term living much easier.There are a few extra fees when paying by card or using international banking, so that is something to be aware of beforehand.The main area that could improve is cleaning quality. The floors were dusty when we arrived, and some dishes were not fully clean. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable overall and the location was excellent for exploring Tokyo while still having a quieter atmosphere. I wish we could have stayed longer but needed to change properties for smaller options.
This whole booking experience with Dash Living is too smooth and scary at the same time. Feels like a scam 🤣!So, for a start, I googled apartments rental as hotels and Airbnb are too expensive for such a small space, Dash Living appeared as one of the 3 options that popped up. I went through Dash Living website and clicked on the WhatsApp option and within less than 5 mins I got a live agent - Colo, who connected with me and assisted with my urgent enquiry as I need a home in less than 7 days. Colo shortlisted available options (with website link and 360 view via matterport) that met my criteria as I have my elderly mother with us, provided us with the 1 month rental and 50% deposit amount breakdown, contract for electronic signing via PandaDoc that works just like DocuSign.Colo has been very patient and helpful throughout, even on WhatsApp! The whole experience has been warm, friendly and most importantly, humane. ☺️Before making the online payment via xero portal, with secure checkout powered by stripe, I called the Tokyo hotline and spoke with Adel as well, just to have a peace of mind that they have my contract record (while I do not reveal much information from my end cause I want to know if they have my record and know the name to the agent that I have been talking to) and yes to make sure that it’s not a scam. Adel who picked up the call, managed to achieve that too.I realised that Dash adopted all the technology required to ensure a smooth leasing experience, which I greatly appreciate. I’ll be checking-in to the new home in a few days and by then I’ll be able to review the room and the neighbourhood objectively. Should be impressive too. ☺️
Loved staying here! Morning walks to Asakusa Temple were magical, and the apartment had everything we needed.Would stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living space, which made it feel like a home away from home.The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.The location is very convenient,we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
