KOTOBUKI House was a very convenient place to stay for a group. One of the biggest positives was that each floor had its own bathroom and shower, which made sharing the space much easier and more comfortable for everyone. The laundry room on the 2nd floor was extremely helpful during our stay. In addition, there is a 24-hour coin laundry within very close walking distance, which is perfect if you need to wash larger items. The location is also a big plus it’s within very close walking distance to Asakusa and the train station, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

Amazing stay for our group of 10! It’s very hard to find a 3-bathroom setup in Tokyo, so this was perfect. The owner is wonderful and even let us check in early for free. Just be aware that there are stairs to climb, which might be tough if you have bad knees. Overall, highly recommended
