Had a great time getting a gel manicure with Rona! Highly recommend getting your nails done with her! Booking a reservation was easy through the website. Her website also lists different manicure options with the prices. She helped me pick the designs and was very accommodating! Very nice and professional service. Absolutely love my nails!
いつも丁寧に施術してくださりありがとうございます。他のサロンではすぐに剥がれてしまうのですが、こちらでネイルをすると、私の爪でも1ヶ月保ちます。リクエストにも柔軟に対応してくださり、接客も素晴らしいと思います。
I'm sooo happy with my nails ! I showed her some reference pictures and she did exactly what I wanted. She was so kind and her place is super cozy, I instantly felt comfortable 🩷
Rona was great! She was so friendly and she took the time to make sure the previous gel manicure I had was removed without damaging my nails. She really took her time to shape and paint them and asked me every step of the way if I was satisfied. If you're in Japan and looking for an English speaking nail technician, look no further, Rona will take good care of you and your nails.
My nail broke during my vacation in Japan, so there was no doubt I had to find a nail salon in Tokyo. So happy I chose this one! It was easy to make an appointment, which is great when you dont speak japanese at all. Rona is such a wonderful person and she cares a lot about customers' nails too, she was very careful and fixed it. Even though I used to thinner nails, I like the ones she did for me. They grew but still are pretty and strong)
Felt like I had to leave an updated review:Shortly after arriving to Japan, my newly painted nails had started chipping. I went to Red Nails and Mica fixed my gel nails. I never expected they would last as long as they did.Pics are from a month after I visited Red Nails - I clearly need maintenance but my color never chipped and my nails were as strong as ever!Mica - I wish you could do my nails all the time!(Previous review) Amazing experience! Exactly what I was looking for, clear nail “menu”, super easy to book and my nails look lovely for the rest of my trip 🩷 So nice to meet you!

I have thin nails and a low tolerance to pain, so I'm always nervous about getting my nails done, but this experience was so nice and comfortable, especially since we could communicate easily in english. She truly listened to my needs and treated my nails with deep care, being gentle every step of the way. I really appreciated how thoughtful she was, making sure I was comfortable throughout. On top of that, her nail designs are beautiful. I absolutely love how they turned out each time.
