Perfect location surrounded with Shopping Mall, Good Restaurants, Street Foods, Hotels...And the most important is the place near to public transportation.
I found and booked this place after read a review and I decide to try it. Wonderful place to stay as it is very² close to Oshiage station. Very easy to reach from Haneda airport. Just taking train from platform no.2 at B1, choose Oshiage station in your google map to guide you. The train is directly and without change from Haneda to Oshiage, then exit through A1 and cross a street following map, you will easily find it.So many good food, supermarket, shopping mall around this place. Also just a walking distance to Tokyo Skytree. Very recommend it...
Location: just one train away from Narita airport. very near Tokyo Sky Tree. VERY NEAR the subway station and bus stop. It's very near a supermarket/grocery/department store. Small cafes and hole in the wall food places are nearby. Try The Matcha Tokyo at Tokyo Solamachi!Service: Very good. They are very easy to communicate with. We booked through Agoda and all our queries were done through the app. The owner let us have visitors.Room: very secure. the room we got was 2 semi-double bed with 1 futon and 1 sofa bed. The room was really big! enough for 4-5 adults with luggages. they have separate toilet room and shower room. They have good a/c (hot and cold), they have good water heater, they have 2-door fridge, microwave, hair blower, hair straightener, washing machine, big balcony, and kitchen with kitchenwares. they have a television and many wall socket. they have strong wifi and fast elevator. They provided 1 set of toiletries for each of us (bar soap, body gel wash, hair shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste), hand towels, and body towels. 1 blanket each bed. 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 small sachets of laundry detergent soap. they do not provide extra towels and blankets regardless how long you stay. they do not provide slippers. we cannot find extra trash bags. the pillows are small and very soft (like worn out/flat)Highly recommended and will stay here again for sure :)
Mat Oshiage sudah seperti rumah sendiri. Lokasinya istimewa, sangat dekat dengan stasiun, supermarket besar, konbini, dan laundry koin.Fasilitasnya lengkap dan memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga selama kunjungan kami di Tokyo.Dapurnya lengkap, termasuk sabun cuci piring, sendok, wajan, gunting, pisau, siap banget buat masak. Disediakan pula microwave, rice cooker, dan kulkas. Bahan2 untuk memasaknya dapat dibeli di Life Supermarket yang jaraknya hanya 200 meter dari Mat Oshiage.Untuk laundry, tersedia mesin cuci dan disediakan juga sabun detergen cairnya. Tidak ada pengering, namun tersedia fasilitas untuk menjemur pakaian di atas tempat tidur kita yang kena angin dari AC yang dapat berfungsi menjadi heater. Tersedia pula gantungan baju dan peralatan untuk menyetrika pakaian.Kami menyewa one bedroom apartment untuk 3 orang (2 dewasa dan 1 anak berumur 6 tahun) sehingga disediakan 3 handuk dan 3 set sabun sampo dan conditioner.Untuk keluarga kecil seperti kami, Mat Oshiage sangat perfect, namun dengan 1 kekurangan yaitu dengan space yang terbatas hanya bisa membuka 1 koper medium. Jadi kalau membawa lebih dari 1 koper, dibukanya harus gantian.Karena Mat Oshiage ini adalah penyewaan apartemen, konsepnya berbeda dengan hotel yang setiap hari ada housekeeping. Kita harus membersihkan sendiri unitnya selama menginap disana, dan disediakan juga alat2 kebersihan seperti penyedot debu.Tempat sampah juga disediakan 3 slot untuk memisahkan ketiga jenis sampah. Apabila sudah penuh dapat dibuang sendiri ke ruang pembuangan sampah dan diganti sendiri dengan plastik bekas belanja di supermarket atau konbini.Semoga informasi ini bisa memberikan gambaran yang cukup untuk memutuskan menginap di sini atau tidak. Kalau dari pov keluarga kami, kami jelas akan tinggal di sini lagi pada kunjungan ke Tokyo berikutnya.
訂三人房 給一張二人床 另一人（打地鋪）打地鋪的人 快氣死了 付一樣的錢 要打地鋪住三晚 只給三份小小罐的沐浴用品 後來我們自己去買沐浴用品。
Booked the 2 double beds / 1 BR apartment for 3 pax, 3 nights. Overall we loved the location and partment itself but the amenities and cleanliness could be improved to make the stay more conducive.What we loved - Excellent location. Can take limited express train from Haneda T1/2 to Oshiage Stn (no transfer, 45 min). Less than 200m walk from Oshiage Stn, Exit A1. Online check-in required (need to submit passports). Follow the instructions sent to you for check in. Modern, new and quite spacious. No issue with WiFi or hot water for shower. Balcony is spacious.Needs improvement - Only 2 toilet rolls, 3 sets small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided, toothbrush, towels, 2 small sachets laundry detergent provided. Unable find extra plastic bags for thrash. We ended up buying toiletries, extra toilet rolls and thrash bags. The double bed is smaller than usual queen size for 2 and there was rickety noise when we shifted around. Pillows are supremely worn and flat. Not well cleaned - many dusty areas, saw random hairs too. No slipper provided, so bring your own. The washing can only wash, no dryer but there are no racks for you to air laundry. Only one rack with multiple pegs for small items available. No hooks to hang clothes.

1.訂房網頁上的照片跟實際入住的房間有落差，業主給的房型根本不是網頁上的。2.寢具床墊的品質很差。要求寢具品質的人，千萬要慎重考慮。3.房間是新的，地點也很方便。
