Voici quelques points clés de notre expérience.Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement l'Aria Hikifune Hotel à d'autres familles en quête d'un emplacement pratique et confortable à Tokyo en plein centre de Sumida !
We got this place because.. we were kinda late to book hotels nearby and the prices started to go up. We found this place has a great value.Despite all the bad reviews. It is quite ok for us. Room was small but very clean. Though it is quite far from the station about 15 minutes walk, but still fine. There is a supermarket nearby which is good, because it's cheaper than convenience stores. We got the 3rd floor room, so we didn't really experience any disturbing loud noises (they give you some earplugs tho). Although we could agree that the room is not soundproof, we can still hear banging from next door. But still good with the price
廚房浴室臥室都有隔開，但也因此臥室空間較小，隔音不佳會聽到樓上腳步聲，廚房算大餐具也齊全（但偏偏沒筷子）

Spotless, cozy and quiet place. 7 minutes away by walking to the closest subway station. Smooth check in and check out process. Maybe it’s too small for two people with suitcases but for one person is perfect. Host is very responsive.
