The service was great! I was travelling with a group of 8 with 12 large pieces of luggage. My driver Yamada was 50 mins early, he sent a text and photo of his car when he arrived and he explained where he was situated. Super efficient, lovely service and cared about making sure we made it on time.I would highly recommend this service to any large family groups travelling across Tokyo, they were quick with their responses and their process to book was user friendly.Thanks Hire Taxi Japan, and especially our driver Yamada!
Sei was an outstanding driver throughout our Japan trip. He handled the long transfers from Kyoto to Mt. Exceptional service! HireTaxiJapan saved the day with a last minute booking for our group of 9 and 20 pieces of luggage from Tokyo to Narita. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and incredibly easy. Our driver arrived right on time, was very courteous, helped immensely with all our bags, and was great to talk to during the drive. They went above and beyond on such short notice. Highly recommend them for any of your transportation needs. Thank you again.
We decided to get the last minute private van pickup for 6 of us from Narita airport to our Airbnb. I was booking this from the plane which was to land in 5 hours. I searched google and tried contacting one company prior to Hire Taxi and it was completely booked. Then I tried Hire taxi Japan. They have WhatsApp that replied to me immediately. The person I chatted with had to ask her supervisor because it was a short notice. It took only 10 minutes and the answer was yes they could do it. We were so happy. The driver, Daniel, arrived early at the airport. We came out late because the line at the immigration was long. His communication through WhatsApp assured us that he was waiting for us at the exit holding my name sign. Overall, the whole process was smooth and we got to our place safely. Highly recommend.
I arrived in Narita airport and a very welcoming friendly driver was there to greet me with my name on the sign so you can spot it easily in the arrival bay. He was very knowledgeable about Japan and places around the specific area where I was staying, it was a great 1 hour ride to the city. The car was basically a nice big silent van with plenty of luggage and space for 4- 5 people. I highly recommend this service to any others who want a very smooth and nice first impression out of the airport 😊
Ryue was an exceptional driver who was assigned to us. Punctual and highly responsible, he proactively kept in touch to ensure we were safely picked up at the right location. I noted his highly detailed nature as he repeatedly counted all of us at every pit stop. He is also highly knowledgeable and friendly and our journey didn’t feel long as he shared many tips and highlights on the destinations we were headed. He also provided many good recommendations and managed our time well which didn’t feel rushed at all. We were so blessed to be able to see many beautiful scenery at Mt Fuji defying the weather forecast! And Ryue happily volunteered to help us take many family pictures! We had a lovely time and the arrangement of the trip was also pretty smooth and highly responsive. We will definitely want to be accompanied by Ryue from Hire Taxi Japan again when we return to Japan next time!

Our family used Hire Japan Taxi for roundtrip rides to/from Narita -> a hotel in the Tokyo Disney area. Our driver’s Yoshi & Hiro were both wonderful! Both were ready and waiting for us ahead of schedule, and got us to our destination(s) safely. The communication via WhatsApp was also great, and made it very easy to locate one another. We will continue to use Hire Japan Taxi on future visits for sure! :)
