The apartment is very clean and organized. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The bathroom is stocked with extra toothbrushes, stops, soap and shampoo just in case you forget anything. We haven’t needed to contact anyone because everything has been smooth and easy to use.So many great places are within walking distance.
The owner was very friendly and nicely prepared the unit for us. There was air conditioning in every room. Large space compared to surrounding suburban and urban Tokyo

It was walking distance to many train stations (10 to 15 minutes each) and 25 minute walk to Tokyo Skytree Tower. You can see the view of Tokyo Skytree Tower from our floor! This place was so cozy and had all the amenities of home. Please note that there is no elevator so you will have to take stairs up to the highest floor which is the 3rd floor. They will assist you with your luggage if you have any so please ask the host for assistance. The host was really sweet and responsive to all my questions and request for recommendations in the area. They also arrange airport transfers so if this is your last or first I highly recommend to book as we are a family of 5 and the van was the bigger van so it comfortably fit my family with all of our luggage. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place to stay in Sumida! I hope we can return again in the future!
