Doing a program called Come on Out Japan and got placed here with some members of my team. It's actually a very spacious and clean house, nice shower, kitchen stocked with plenty of cooking supplies if you'd like to make your own food, and a cute common area to socialize in. Bottom floor room is traditional Japanese tatami flooring while the rooms on the second floor are western rooms, but a few have lofts. It's about a 10 minute walk from Koiwa station where there are lots of restaurants and shops including a Daiso and Don Quixote. Overall, I'm really happy with this house. It's a bit far out of the city but no transfers needed to get to Shinjuku, the Chuo Sobu line will take you there. If you're a future participant in the program who is placed here, don't worry. You're in good hands here!
