Stayed there for a week. Not bad, not amazing. Kinda what you get for the prize. Ikebukuro station is not far away but you go through a big road, a bunch of stairs and some love hotels. The trains are close by. And by that i mean right next to the wall. I don't mind the noise that much but if you're a light sleeper I don't reccomend it.The shower in our room was right in the middle of the room. You have to get out and in naked since there's not an in-between space. I was traveling with a childhood girl friend so it was fine but if you're not comfortable with that level of intimacy with your friends maybe reconsider.Also, one lamp was alright, the other one barely work. It did smell a bit like unpleasant humididy at night.I was fine with this place while I stayed there, but I probably wouldn't repeat.
합리적인 가격이여서 에어비앤비에서 예약했습니다.기차와 제일 가까운 방이였지만 1층이여서 그런지 방에서는 후기에서 자주 지적한 대로 소음이 아주 거슬릴정도는 아니였습니다.저희는 하수구 냄새 전혀 못느꼈어서 이것도 괜찮았고 금연객실인지는 모르겠지만 담배냄새도 없었습니다. 방이 좀 추웠지만 히터 오래 틀어놓으니까 더울 정도로 따듯해져서 괜찮았고 샤워할때 온수도 잘 나왔습니다.객실이 조금 좁지만 지낼만 했습니다.다만 위치는 조금 애매해서 여행동안 더 많이 걷게 되었네요. 이케부쿠로라는 지하철이 많이 다니는 큰 역이 그래도 있어서 감안할 정도는 될 거 같습니다.육교를 꼭 이용하지 않아도 근처에 횡단보도가 있어 캐리어이용자들은 참고하시면 될 거 같습니다
The room met basic needs, featuring a separate toilet and bathroom (no bathtub), a simple kitchen, a handwashing area, a cupboard for clothes, and a balcony for drying laundry.However, I personally would not stay here again.The nearest train station is Kita-Ikebukuro (JR, about a 10-minute walk on flat terrain). The second nearest is Ikebukuro (metro, about a 20-minute walk), but it requires crossing a skybridge. This detail is important for travelers with large luggage, especially in winter, as the stairs can be inconvenient.The balcony has a strong smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The room itself is small, making it difficult to open luggage. Additionally, the bathroom lacks proper places to hang towels or clothes, and anything hung is likely to get wet.The only Wow was that we got a 100-yen warm coffee from vending machines nearby.
この立地で駐車場ついて四千円台で二人まで泊まれるので最高のコスパです！ホントお勧めですね❗

Stayed here for 7 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The host was very accommodating and responsive throughout my stay. The location is convenient, just a 6-minute walk from the nearest station.As expected, you can hear trains passing by, and the walls are a bit thin, so noise from neighbors and footsteps can be noticeable at night. Earplugs are provided, which was a thoughtful touch.The only downside is that there is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, you’ll need to carry it up and down to the 3rd floor. Aside from that, it was a comfortable stay and good value for the location.
