Shakujii Koen International Houseの特徴
日本での初年度を快適に過ごせる宿泊所です。
充実したキッチン用品や家具が完備されています。
いつもそばにいる親切な寮管理人が心強いです。
I personally feel that this accommodation was very comfortable. Kitchen utensils, hair dryer, washing machine, bed, wardrobe, tables, chairs, reading lamp etc are included. The dormitory manager was very kind and helpful. Because of the dormitory manager was staying with us, I felt safe and secure. He was always there for us when we needed help. Sometimes the common areas were a bit dusty but that's fine. I saw many complaints about the hygiene of the kitchen. I want to clarify that the dirty kitchen was caused by the students attitude, not because of the manager/school did not do their job. I was very lucky and blessed because my batch was very nice. Everyone of us cleaned the kitchen every time after use. We enjoy the convenience of getting an accommodation directly from school, that's why the price is at the higher side. Take the opportunity to explore the country and find cheaper accommodation for future. One day, you might miss the moment and friends when you were staying here.
A little expensive, but it was perfect for me!! The mangers and people in charge of the dorm are very kind and helpful!
陪伴我度过来日本第一年的地方。虽然房间很小，距离车站有些距离，最近的便利店商店街超市要走六七分钟，人员流动性大，可能会遇到不讲卫生的人，把厨房卫生间浴室弄的乱七八糟的人，午夜发出噪音的人，神奇人etc...但是宿舍本身还是可以的，不用自己扫厕所浴室，厨房自带厨具，有管理人可以帮忙签收快递，包水电网费，可能会遇到热心前辈带你办登陆带你了解日本，喜欢热闹结交各国朋友的可以在一楼聊天聊到不错的朋友，适合刚到日本过渡期，顺便去石神井公园站必经之路那家老奶奶的面包店泡芙很好吃（吃了一年半）还有离医院很近。觉得条件不好的可能是有些人刚来日本从没见过那么小的房间（10--20平在日本是常态）没住过要和别人分享卫浴的宿舍，也没自己在日本租过房子（开通水电网煤气真的很麻烦人）。我个人觉得双人间房租价位合理。虽然不觉得便宜。
