Very helpful and patient. I had some laceless shoes that hurt a lot, and they measured my feet with a device and were able to tell me why (my feet are quite different) and advise on a pair of shoes that were way more comfortable and look sharp. The readout from the foot-measuring machine is super cool too and I got to take a copy with me.
