Only place worth getting a perfect score in a japanese airport cause the general airport staff have a severe attitude issue, but the employees here always give me the best service to accomodate my needs. I always swing by this Kuroneko Yamato when arriving at Terminal 1 and out of all the Kuronekos in Japan that I have dealt with, this one is still the best in my opinion. The employees make sure to adjust the arrival of my suitcases with my hotel check ins and they make the process so easy. They deserve an award for best customer service from my experiences here!
