A smaller Tommy Hilfiger shop but I had a nice experience.One of the young male employees helped me with alot of care and respect as I wanted to try a top on and change size halfway. I did not feel uncomfortable, even though he was a man (this can happen for other people though). He gave me privacy and the time.It was nice to talk to someone who has a more relaxed and open character, to make you feel more at ease when shopping for a high quality brand.The employee walked me all the way to the entrance/exit of the shop and gave me my purchase and said their thanks (in Japanese of course). Exremely polite, I am very satisfied with my overall experience and want to come back again!4 stars, because of a smaller shop, I hoped they had a bigger shop in this very big mall.
