We loved our stay at Koharu. It is conveniently located at the bottom of the Sakka ski lifts, with plenty of shuttles available to take you to the other lifts and mountains. There are also a good range of food options around the apartments. The room was spacious with plenty of amenities to make you feel comfortable. The highlight were undoubtedly the staff. We would like to thank Tony, Jesse, Sam, Tahlia, and Pat, for helping us with shuttles, onsens, trips to the supermarket, answering our very many questions and making our first time in Hakuba was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Hakuba.
Could not rate this accomodation higher. We had a fantastic stay at Koharu resort hotel and suites. Our studio room was clean, spacious and full of amenities required for self sufficient living on your stay. Under floor heating, room heating, in room air drying racks and individual ski lockers were a big positive. ALL of the staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and engaging, and have gone above and beyond to ensure we are a full bottle about Hakuba and all of the services the HHG (Hakuba Hotel Group) provide. This leads me to the HHG, a huge variety of yummy restaurants and beautiful accommodation around the Hakuba valley area with fantastic transport arrangements to the local shop and around hakuba for internal HHG guests. These transport facilities allowed for a stress free experience without having to worry about taxis or Ubers. Again, all the transport staff we had were fantastic, and we always felt safe driving in slippery and snowy conditions. Koharu’s location although just out of the main Happo area, is just a 2 minute walk to Sakka slope which was super convenient. Absolutely recommend staying at Koharu resort for your next stay, I know we will be back.
Can not speak highly enough about this Hotel.... so close to the easy Ski Fields, has its own ski hire shop and close to so many great restaurants (especially rabbit hole!) + the snow was so fantastic and pure powder!I would also like to call out the Hotel Manager - Tony who personally drove me into town to get a last-minute Christmas present for my son (which turned out to be fantastic..)... I cannot thank you enough!
ヴィラ2階のスイートにとまりました。完全な2ベットルームで、片方はキングベッド、浴室、トイレ、もう一方はツインベッドルーム、間にLDを含む、各部屋にTVが設置されて2家族が宿泊できる作り。私たちは娘と私がキングベット、夫がツインの部屋に。1日目はスキーに行って、後は車で走らせた所にあるスーパーで買い出ししてお部屋でのーんびり。天井こそは高くないですが、静かで、今まで和田野では東急か樅の木ホテル、それか近くのシエラリゾート、コチラもホテル滞在としては良いですが、レジデンスタイプでゆっくりするのが朝晩の食事の時間に縛られる事なく今のじぶんに合ってるな、と再確認できました。次回はもっと長くのんびりしたいと思います。
食事はケータリングか、自炊出来るので気軽。箸やいくつかの皿、コップはあるが、調味料やドレッシングはないので準備が必要。冷蔵庫、洗濯機有り。

Nicely designed, clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Conveniently houses a restaurant and ski store on the ground floor. The restaurant serves arguably the best Japanese in Hakuba but is closed during off peak. Being 5 minutes away from Sakka lift, it's nearby eateries and the food trucks nearby a bonus.

We had an amazing stay at Koharu Hotel! The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Sam Tahlia and Jesse. huge cheers to them for their kindness and help during our stay!Highly recommend this place to anyone.
