Very authentic sashimi shop which allow you to create your own chirashi don.The sashimi slices are very fresh with many different parts of the sashimi. The ikura, sea urchin, king crab meat were very fresh and no weird after taste.The whole experience was fantastic. Get your rice at one of the store behind. The rice has many prices depending on size of the bowl. The sashimi are price per slice.Highly recommended to come and try. Although many people say it’s tourist trap. It’s a good experience.
駅からも近く、勝手丼のネタの種類が豊富っす！鮮度、種類問題無く足のない旅行者には立ち寄りやすい市場っすね。
We got a flower crab from this store. It was fresh and so yummy despite only being simply boiled. The man that recommended the crab to us was really patient whilst waiting for us to decide which crab we wanted.Prices for crab were significantly better than those we had seen at Hakodate and Nijo Markets. The store offers DIY kaisendon and boiled crab of your choice. Live crab were also available if that’s your preferred. It’s also situated right next to the seating area.Cash only payment. The staff spoke only simple English, but were very patient and tried their best to communicate with us.
This place is better than Hakodate fish market.

勝手丼のネタが沢山あります。ご飯は別の場所で好きなサイズを購入し、食べたいネタを選んでお願いしたら、綺麗に乗せてくれます。他にも海産物が販売されていますが、勝手丼ブースが目立っていました。店員のお兄さんが親切で、安い買い物でもすごく愛想が良いです。中央の広い休憩所からすぐ見える場所にお店があるので、比較的分かりやすいと思います。一度勝手丼を食べたら美味しかったです。正直欲張ると高くなるので、ケチって少ししか乗せませんでしたが、好きなネタを選ぶときは楽しかったです。

地下室有停車場，海鮮種類很多，現點現做，有自助式生魚片，還有帝王蟹干貝海膽生蠔，特別的是有一家小店賣白飯的。好像整個市場裡面只有這一家，所以要吃的話要可以買。如果不吃生食還有炸雞和拉麵店可以吃。
