旬の食材を使用した美味しい蕎麦を提供する安定感のあるお店で、鴨だしもおすすめです。
富山の泊駅から近く、おしゃれな雰囲気が漂う蕎麦食堂で楽しいひと時が味わえます。
移転されてからやっと伺うことができました。もはや予約の取れないお店とのこと。しかも予約はInstagramのDMからのみとか。大人のハッピーセットからなるほど。お酒好き日本酒好きには虜になる要素たっぷりで。頭のおそばからお蕎麦劇場でした。楽しかったしおいしかった。ほんとお話上手。お酒も圧巻の品揃え。素晴らしいの一言。I finally had the chance to visit after they moved.Apparently it's now impossible to get a reservation.What's more, reservations can only be made via DM on Instagram.It makes sense, judging from their Happy Meal for adults. For lovers of alcohol and sake, there are plenty of elements to captivate you.It was a soba theater right from the start.It was fun and delicious. The staff are really good at talking.They also have an impressive selection of alcohol. Simply amazing.
最高のお蕎麦屋さんです料理もお酒も話を全てが良かった。
初めての方はなかなか予約の取れないお店だと思います。知ってる人は知ってる、泊にお店があったお蕎麦屋さんです。蕎麦懐石を御主人お勧めのお酒のペアリングでいただきました。綺麗な木の香り漂うカウンターで、最初に2種類のもり蕎麦から始まり、ハッピーおつまみセット（笑）、馬刺し、蕎麦がき、氷見牛の肉蕎麦、スイカシャーベット。お店の雰囲気、御主人の蕎麦に対する情熱、どれも大満足な幸せな時間でした。
蕎麦お酒共にこだわりが感じられるお店でした！
初めて行って、天ざるとだし卵焼きを注文しました。蕎麦がとっても美味しかったです。何より建物が古民家でお店の方も気さくな感じで居心地も良かったです。
お蕎麦と日本酒のお店です。お蕎麦の出来は上々、料理も丁寧で美味しいです。オススメは店主にお任せで銘柄をチョイスしてもらうことです。
富山で日本酒飲むならココと話を聞き行きました。店主の日本酒に対しての思いを知りながら飲むお酒は格別に美味かったです。最高の一言に尽きます、また行きたいと思います♪
