町屋をリノベーションした宿で、伝統的な雰囲気を楽しめる場所です。
祇園に近く、観光に便利な立地で宿泊できる宿屋です。
内装や風呂が素晴らしく、居心地の良い滞在が可能です。
One word amazing. If you want to get an authentic Kyoto feel with some nice modern touches then you couldn’t find a better place. We stayed with three adults and three kids and found it spacious and homely. The traditional bath was awesome and just what you need after a day sight seeing in Kyoto. Selection of beds and traditional futon sleeping options were great. Fully air conditioned and heated floors make it a delight. You are little away from the hustle and bustle of Gion but close enough to walk to everything including Kiyomizu-dera etc.
具歷史感的町家，現代設備完備。由一間藝妓茶屋旁的小巷進入，旁邊有一家美味的豬排店。A charming, historical machiya equipped with modern comforts. Tucked away in a small alley beside a geisha teahouse, with a delightful tonkatsu restaurant just next door.

Great place to stay in Kyoto. Ideal location, wonderful traditional home with all the modern features.Note it has a steep staircase.... And the western bedroom setup has to large single beds .... Just like back in the halls of residence at University..... You'll work it out.Helpful and friendly service from the staff.
We loved our 3 nights here during sakura season. It was the perfect location for easy access to two public transit lines. The experience was very cool and the bathtub was the highlight for everyone in the group. Tucked away off a quiet street, we loved the vibe of this townhouse and even saw some geiko walking the streets around 9pm. The only thing we wished was a little different was the western style room- the mattresses were stiff and the pokey springs difficult to sleep on.
風呂や、家の内装・雰囲気はとても良く満足できる宿でした。ただ一つあったらよかった物が、簡易的な物でいいと思うのでパジャマ的なのがあれば文句の付け所はないと思います！
伝統住宅である町屋をリノベーションした宿屋で立地は祇園に近く、部屋も綺麗で最高でした。古い町屋を宿屋として再生する試みにも惹かれて泊まりましたが、大満足の宿泊になりました。今回は1泊のみでしたが、連泊の方が楽しめる宿屋とかと思います。

Great location, house has kitchen, 2 washrooms, one bedroom, one living room, 2 tatami rooms, a small yard, equiped with washer/dryer. Guest need to go other place to check in, and it could be difficulty for people who doesn't know Japaness, since there is Japaness sign only. Google map.was not quite right to locate the place.
