The Crown Relocations Worldwide team were amazing from end to end. Thank you to the whole Singapore team who were amazing. And just to highlight how important it was, the Japan Crown Relocations team went way beyond regular service before, during and after our arrival. The service especially from Tobi (Ayatobi Takashimaya) and Ando-san was well beyond all my expectations. Arranging every detail, coming out to my house just to exchange documents in a hurry, bringing friendly service to our doorstep. It was beyond exemplary! Tobi in particular was one of the most reliable contacts I’ve ever known when moving - and I’ve done it a lot! Super dependable, always available on instant message, bilingual and amazing followup service even arranging smaller interim moves while moving from apartment to house etc. Ando-san on site was incredibly friendly - bilingual and not only a hard worker herself but also managed her team and the move in seamlessly and made our whole family feel comfortable. Couldn’t recommend these guys higher!!
Thank you for professional handling my delivery Abu Dhabi to Tokyo, the impression is started from the packing in Abu Dhabi which heavy challenges on the heavy rain and flooded over UAE, the long storage without any extra cost and advisory on new country regulations including the process of registration, I felt thankful for that. The delivery was arranged smoothly and estimate of arrival are accurate. I have arrived at the foreign country which generally none-English speaking country, and this is the plus points that the company arrange the English-speaking delivery gentleman that eased my communications, on top of that the flexibility of possible to delivery on the weekend.My stuffs had arrived in the excellent condition. Wonder experience. The whole relocation has been very smooth and pleasant. The staffs are very nice and responded to my any questions quickly and they are absolutely helpful. With their support I have had no troubles from visa application to arrival/settling-in/renting flats in Japan.
