川窪神社の特徴
無人の神社で、訪れる人が少なく静かです。
大きな神社で、圧倒的な存在感を放っています。
進入路は一車線で、運転は注意が必要です。
大きな神社です。本殿も､囲われていて見えませんが、かなり大きそうでした😊 土俵場もあったようです。拝殿の象鼻が片方しかありませんがいい感じでした。あと、石段が、歩きにくいですけど良い雰囲気です😁 杉の木も大きなのが何本かありましたよ。
田舎の、本当に無人の神社。特別見どころもないんだよなぁ。まぁ、緑しかないが、それが良い人には、たまらないのかもね。

周辺のオススメ
Driving up here was very scary. We got 80% of the way from the main road before seeing a car coming the other way. Thankfully there was a driveway right in front that I could duck in to get out of the way. The lady coming honked appreciatively as she didn't have to stop at all. There's numerous places to move out of the way but it's entirely single file up the road. Drive extremely carefully!When you get to the shrine there's gravel parking on the side. It's enough for 2 small cars but don't drive past, as reversing induces anxiety. The shrine is stunning, extremely old and we thought it was worth the trouble. I let my adrenaline dissipate sitting on the steps. Recently a lot of trees were cut down on the side so a lot more light comes in. I think that's actually a bit sad. No photos from me, come discover yourself and earn the experience! 😊P.S. If you come just for the shrine, go back the way you came (down). It's faster and safer.
