I speak hardly any Japanese and the staff here were so kind and helpful. This was the first time I had to go to retrieve my bike. They made it all very straight forward. I headed to the office at this location and the. they walked me along a path and down some steps to where the bikes are parked. I paid and off I went. Happily all very straight forward.
