The issues here are:1) No coin changer.2) The softener machine does not take new bills.3) The washers don't take new coins.This makes it a pain to use the facility. Honestly, the new bills and coins have been out for a long time now so not having upgraded to accept them is sad and shows a lack of care for the customer experience.Also, the door does not open half the time.
