Don’t know the hours too well because it’s. A small locally owned shop, but if you go here, just get maguro with some wasabi and be on your merry way.The quality is insanely good, and I’ve never had a bad experience here.Most places put the good stuff on top and stash the less desirable pieces with tougher meat underneath… not here, every piece is amazing every time I’ve gone. Fish will be fish, I’ll eventually get a piece that isn’t perfect but I’ll always be happy that I went here!Go!
