港区の夕凪の角に位置する、歴史ある銀行です。
戦後からの長い歴史を持つ、古い銀行でもありますよ。
近隣の支店と併合し、来年には閉鎖予定です。

戦後からこの夕凪の角にあり、古い銀行です❗️港区は明治、戦前からある歴史ある区です。政治家が少しの過半数を取ったからと言って港区を無くしていいものですかあね⁉️住友銀行港支店とは長い取り引きです❗️一時中断してましたが、窓口のお嬢さん達の応対も良い‼️銀行は支店によって差がありますから、支店長の教育の差が出ます❗️✌️☺️☺️☺️
I come to try and open an account. I had a problem with their online service because I have middle names (🙃) so I show them the email on my phone. They ask me do I have my 在住カードand inkan 印鑑 etc、I tell them I don't have 印鑑 because I'm not Japanese but I have everything else, they say it's fine. A signature is okay. We take a waiting slip and wait almost 45 minutes. I get to the window and sit, she looks over my application and at my card and then asks me for 印鑑 and tells me we can't continue without。I don't have one and the lady who originally told me I didn't need it is horrified at her mistake but nevertheless wasted a lot of our time. They say if we come back with one it's okay. We leave and I go and pay 3500 yen to have 印鑑made and make the journey to come again the next day...Only to be told because we haven't been living here for 6 months it's impossible anyway... Why they couldn't mention this the day before, or before we waited for almost an hour, I do not know..The staff were kind and apologetic but ultimately, pretty useless. I am disappointed with this service and when the time comes for me to make a "proper" bank account maybe I'll try somewhere else. Which I wonder is what they want me to do anyway. If you are Japanese maybe it's a 5 star service.
