Extremely bad experience, and I didn't even book a tour with them. When I got to the pickup point, I was approached by the tour rep. I showed the lady my ticket and confirmed my name three times, while she checked her list. I was directed to board a bus, only later to find out that I was not booked with them and was on the wrong bus. As a result I missed my actual bus and my whole day was wasted.The only silver lining was that the staff acknowledged their mistake and offered to speak with my tour company in case I needed any help. I suggest these guys improve their processes and correctly verify people and tickets before hastily boarding them on a bus.
