We booked the private transfer from CTS to Niseko. On the way there, the driver diverted to a stop to wait for his friend to drop off an item for the driver. On the way back to the hotel, we have a pit stop for washroom break. Instead of waiting for us in the car, WE waited for the driver outside in -5 degrees until the driver finally showed up after 15 minutes. With the price SkyExpress charges, the service level is nowhere close to justifying it. Altogether round trip is about USD900. While it’s marketed as premium service, it just feels like overcharging for tourists without the service.

Amazing service. The drivers were on time and safe drivers. After forgetting something at our hotel the driver diverted two hours to make it happen. Plus acted as a translator. Incredible service. Thank you!!!

We booked with Sky Express Niseko for a private roundtrip airport transfer between New Chitose Airport and Central Sapporo, and a private day trip to Otaru. We could not recommend them any more! If you are visiting Sapporo, definitely put them on top of your list for private airport transfers and vehicle hires. They have "Niseko" in their company name but do not hesitate to book them for their service in the Sapporo area as well.For our family of 10, we booked the minibus/coaster and the vehicle was roomy, hygienic and well-maintained. The driver was punctual, accommodating, and we communicated easily through a translator app that the driver initiated on his phone so everything went smoothly. In terms of driving manner, it was good and we don't have any complaints. Our 15 month old baby slept very soundly throughout the trips.The booking experience is straightforward. You request for a quote, put your card on hold for the payment, and they confirm through your email before they file the charge. Their website is transparent and easy to navigate. I have been booking trips for family for years now and I can say their customer service is top notch. They are easy to reach through email and reply promptly. They even curated a good itinerary schedule for us on our day trip to Otaru.At first I was hesitant as I couldn't find a lot of reviews online but they did not disappoint. Please do not mind the negative reviews and get travel insurance instead as recommended on their page. They met our expectations, even exceeded them, and they are definitely worth your penny!
