勢いの良いシャワー付きお風呂で疲れを癒せる貴重な空間です。
お遍路をしている方々を温かく歓迎し、安心して休める場所です。
Kawata: sleep to the sound of the river, wake to the sound of rain.This is the most peaceful and restorative place I have stayed on my second pilgrimage. On one side of my room Sakura bloomed, on the other the river ran by. What a relief after two days of earplugs and eyemask in Ozu! Dinner and breakfast rivaled any meal I have had in two pilgrimages. Ayu out of the river. Exceptional tempura served in bamboo. The Japanese man who stayed the night I did remarked how good the udon was. The savory flan- not certain the proper name- was delicious. At breakfast the natto in a tofu skin pocket was a surprise.It will be your good fortune should you have the chance to stay here. I will return again next year. A gem.
歩き遍路で泊まりました。宿の少ないエリアなのでここにあるだけでありがたいです。中は広々としていて綺麗でした。地元の方が運営されています。
料理が旨いし泊まり料金も安いし朝飯も品数も多いしスタッフのおばさま達も素朴で最高！でした。
歩き疲れた私たちを、勢いの良いシャワー付きお風呂と美味しい料理で心温まるおもてなしを頂きましてありがたいお宿でした。
この日は、泊まり客が1組だけで、とてもゆっくり過ごしました。地域の婦人部の方々が、お食事の用意に来てくれます。鮎の塩焼きや、手作りコンニャクなども出て美味しかったです。夜間は、お客さんだけになるので、少し心細いです。注意すべきは、チェックインは、16時以降でないと宿には入れません。
あるき遍路の途中におもてで座らせてもらいながらゆっくり休憩した。運動場の向こうの山の木々が綺麗でうっとりしてた。

周辺のオススメ
Due to its unusual name, many people may not book here, but I did and was gifted with one of my best stays and food during the pilgrimage. It is run by the village community and staffed with wonderful ladies who prepared food with such care. The building is impeccable Japanese style place and I loved the room with a view of cherry blossoms. it is a one street small village along side a river and I had ample time to soak in the scenic atmosphere. I would have loved to rest here for a couple of days had I known about the quality of this place before hand. Without any stores or sound of cars or anything, it is such a tranquil place for nature lovers. Very grateful to the community for this service.
